Hi I’m Selena, founder of Semi Permanent Makeup London (SPMU London).
I have been in the Beauty and Makeup industry for over 18 years and have worked in 5 star establishments my whole career.
My passion for semi permanent makeup came when I saw the industry changing and innovating with kinder and more forgiving pigments with adjustability.
When I first learnt about Permanent Makeup it was old fashioned and often resulted in undesirable colours. Gone are the days of blue or green block brows that last a lifetime!
Now, we have eyebrows that fade over time and brows that are soft and adjustable as we age or our makeup style changes.
This does not mean it fades after a month or so, but does mean it will last 6 months to 18 months before some may need a colour boost. Some area’s last a lot longer before a colour boost is needed and this is all explained in a consultation prior to making a booking.

Case Study Support or Master Classes

Training at Semi Permanent Makeup London are broken down into 3 phases to help motivate you as you learn and support you once you get set up. It is often when we are sent out on our own that we then have a million questions and nowhere to turn.

This is why I have set up my courses in this way.Phase 1: You will attend an initial in person training where you will learn theory and practical works and complete these skills on a model.Phase 2: You are then set case studies where you will need to complete a number of treatments and send this in for feedback and assessment.Phase 3: You will attend another in person training to learn how to complete a perfecting session for your clients 6-8 weeks later and to troubleshoot any issues you have been having.Once completed you will receive an accredited certificate.For more information contact us today!
